Ocala looking to redefine short term rentals, sober living homes over public concerns

Ocala officials may amend the city’s definitions of short term rentals and “congregate living facilities,” like sober living homes and halfway houses, in light of concerns raised by the public.

The Ocala Planning and Zoning Commission will host a public hearing on the change to the code of ordinances during its regular meeting on Tuesday, June 10.
