There are many, many, small craft breweries in Colorado, including High Hops in Windsor. The craft brewer has seen lots of success and accolades regarding their beers; things have definitely “settled down” when it comes to their taproom, however.
Northern Colorado Brewery Makes Changes to Taproom Operations
I’ll be honest, while I work in Windsor, I haven’t really been into High Hops for a ‘hot minute” as they say. I’ve gotten away from drinking craft beers, so they’ve fallen off my radar.
I used to have a coworker, and we would hit them up once a week to enjoy a few beers and conversation; whether inside or out on their deck area. If my buddy still lived here, I may have seen the changes that they’ve made sooner.
High Hops Brewery opened in 2012; in 2013 they began canning their beers. In 2019, they became Colorado’s first craft brewery to offer 30-packs of their beer (The Cold One.)
