David J. Peters, 27, of Columbus, GA was arrested by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office on a variety of charges stemming from a disturbance call made on Friday in the Town of Moreau.
The Sheriff’s Office says they responded to Reynolds Road at 5:59 p.m.
Officials say Peters is accused of slapping another person and taking their phone from them as they tried to call 911…
