LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The Boys and Girls Club of Lubbock is inviting kids and teens to join in on a summer to remember.
Kids Summer Camp is underway until Aug. 8, but there are still spots available for kids to join the many activities, including arts and crafts and field trips.
T.J. Evans, President of the Boys and Girls Club board, says this summer camp provides a safe and fun environment for kids to be around kids their age all summer long.
“I’m a mom,” Evans said. “I have three girls. The one thing I would want to know when dropping my kids off somewhere is that they are going to be safe, they are going to be loved, they are going to be taken care of and they are going to have fun, and that’s what the Boys and Girls Club does and I truly believe that.”…
