CANYON COUNTY, Idaho — Religious leaders from diverse faith traditions came together at the 2025 Canyon County Pride festival to deliver a message of love, acceptance and unity in one of the event’s most significant interfaith demonstrations to date.
The interfaith service, which opened the day-long celebration in Nampa, featured representatives from multiple religious organizations who delivered individual speeches before collectively participating in various rituals led by the faith leaders.
“It’s all about love,” said Rudy Baker-Jambretz, representing Boise First United Church of Christ. “How can we support one another and love one another? That’s certainly why I’m here at Pride.”…
