UPDATE (June 9, 10 a.m.): Two brothers have been charged with murder after a man was fatally shot Sunday evening in Eight Mile, according to the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded around 7:35 p.m. to a report of a shooting at 4071 East Markris Circle and found 57-year-old James Suggs in his front yard with a gunshot wound to the neck, according to an MCSO news release.
