HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Lt. Gov. Sylvia Luke, serving as acting governor, signed Act 201 into law at the state library in downtown Honolulu to ensure high-speed internet access reaches underserved communities.
The new law establishes a state broadband office and expands the community digital navigator program.
