RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A driver got stuck on Richmond railroad tracks late Tuesday night, resulting in a crash.
Just before 9:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to a railroad crossing near the intersection of Broad Rock and Belt boulevards for report of a possible train derailment.
