City council to vote on “urban camping” ordinance, illegal activity on public property

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Savannah leaders are looking to strike a balance between respecting the rights of the homeless community and making sure everyone feels safe and welcome in a public spaces.

In a few days, Savannah city council will vote on an amendment to what they’re calling an “urban camping” ordinance.
