BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Surveillance video and cellphone GPS data helped detectives nab three people who are scheduled for trial this month in the 2022 shooting death of a bicyclist in east Bakersfield.
Shugie Marie Rubio, 44, Fernando Cabe, 33, and Angelo Anthony Cabezuela, 30, are charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy in the death of Arthur Jess Medina, 34.
