HARRISBURG, Pa. — Members of the Shapiro administration and Lt. Governor Austin Davis met in Harrisburg to join families impacted by gun violence on Tuesday.
The new exhibit – “Souls Shot Portrait Project” – is meant to help observe Gun Violence Awareness Month.
On average, 2000 Pennsylvanians are killed each year as result of gun violence – leaving 4000 more wounded and the Soul Shot Portrait Project is on a mission to make sure all lives lost are remembered…
