Good Morning. The cooling trend continues with today. We are watching the upper atmosphere transform from stagnant high pressure with high predictability into developing low pressure with potential variability. What that means for today, is a far more pronounced onshore wind. Additionally, a small wave of energy is passing to our South early this morning. This is enhancing the already thick Coastal cloud cover for the first half of the day. Coastal clouds will likely remain for most of the day, but thin out in the mid afternoon. Other than that, there will be some afternoon cloud cover for the inland area, but the day will be mostly sunny. Temps are down again for today with an expected high in the low 80’s over the basin, mid 70’s in the Valley, and low 60’s on the Coast……
