A former teacher accused of engaging sexual activities with a student and trying to help the victim take her own life tried to dismiss the suicide charge last week, but the hearing to decide the issue was canceled.
Palm Beach County court documents show on June 3, Damian Conti’s legal team submitted a motion to dismiss the charge of attempted assisted self-murder.
