BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man suspected of stealing rose bushes from the Bakersfield Police Activities League (BPAL) Center.
According to police, a man was seen pulling a red cart with 20 rose bushes. The theft occurred at around 5 a.m. on Sunday, May 25, 2025.
