Charges dismissed in 2024 death of man in Charlotte, court documents show

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – The state of North Carolina has dropped charges in connection with the death of a 44-year-old man in of March 2024 due to lack of evidence, officials said Wednesday.

On Wednesday, June 11, court documents show that the state has dropped murder charges against Divee Cunningham, the man they initially alleged was responsible for the 2024 death of a man named David McNeil.
