Richmond’s Blue Atlas Restaurant is located on the main floor of what used to be Fulton Elementary School at 1000 Carlisle Avenue, Richmond, VA 23231. The restaurant has the appropriate name for two reasons.
- Blue Atlas is named after the beautiful cedar trees planted on the lawn.
- Blue Atlas focuses on globally inspired dishes from around the world.
The menu
Blue Atlas specializes in global street food and has a vegetable-focused menu, which is the primary diet of many other countries. The menu is divided into four sections, each highlighting foods from a particular region (Americas, Asia, Middle East and Africa, and Europe).
