STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Police are investigating after shots were fired on Tuesday in Mariners Harbor.
The incident was reported just after 8:50 p.m. on the 200 block of Lockman Avenue near Brabant Street, according to a spokeswoman for the NYPD.
