MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A group of teens were cited after they were allegedly fighting Wednesday night at a bus stop in downtown Madison, the Madison Police Department reported on Thursday.
According to MPD, officers responded around 11:35 p.m. to the 800 block of E. Washington Avenue.
