MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (WFLA) — Multiple first responders were called to Miami Beach Thursday after a boat overturned in the water.
Ariel footage captured by NBC affiliate WTVJ’s Chopper 6 showed the boat upside-down in the water near Collins Avenue.
