VIDEO: San Jose Man Arrested for Allegedly Brandishing Machete in Campbell Road Rage Incident

Following a road rage incident in Campbell, a 62-year-old man was arrested after reportedly brandishing a machete in a Home Depot parking lot. According to the City of Campbell Police Department, Aaron Vanotten of San Jose was apprehended with the assistance of real-time video technology and a drone.

The confrontation occurred on May 2 around 10:00 AM on E. Hamilton Avenue. After the incident, the Campbell Police quickly used their Real Time Information Center (RTIC) to locate Vanotten’s vehicle using camera footage from Fusus.
