Teens who drove onto Lincoln bridge with wet cement receive additional citations

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The three teens drove onto a south Lincoln bridge with wet cement last month received additional citations.

Lancaster County Chief Deputy Ben Houchin said two 18-year-old boys and a 15-year-old girl were each cited with a misdemeanor Friday morning.
