Greeley Police say a 26 year old man on the run from Pueblo, took his own life during a standoff Monday in Greeley. Officers went to the 2100 block of 7th Avenue to track down the man, wanted in a stabbing two weeks ago. Parole officers tracked the suspect to his father’s house in Greeley and attempted to make contact with him. He fled inside.
