Scattered showers will continue tonight and Saturday… mainly north of the Fox Cities. Some light showers are possible in the Fox Valley, but rain will be more widespread to the north both overnight and again on Saturday. Temperatures will dip into the upper 40s and lower 50s tonight.
While showers will gradually fade through Saturday, there’s still a rain chance at the Bellin Run and at Appleton’s Flag Day Parade… although a higher chance will exist farther north. A stray shower could also pop up again on Father’s Day, but many will remain dry. At least our weekend looks a little warmer, with highs in the 60s and 70s… Sunday is the warmer of the two days.
A south wind early next week will usher in warmer and more humid weather. More disturbances passing through the increasingly sticky air, will fire up clusters of showers and thunderstorms. Locally heavy rain may be possible, especially considering the higher humidity with 1-2″ of rain possible from Monday through Wednesday. High temperatures will be in the 70s and 80s…
