GREELEY, Colorado — A 31-year-old man will spend the rest of his life behind bars after fatally shooting a gas station manager during an attempted robbery several years ago.
On June 9, the Weld County District Attorney’s Office announced that Kyle Moore had been found guilty of first-degree murder and aggravated robbery by a jury. A judge then sentenced him to life in the Colorado Department of Corrections with no possibility of parole, plus an additional 64 years.
