RANDOLPH COUNTY, N.C. — The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people accused of a Facebook Marketplace scam.
The sheriff’s office said Jasmine Phillips and Alexander Hasberry tricked people into paying for a mobile home, but never turning over a key.
