BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Two people were struck and trapped under a vehicle following a slow-speed chase Saturday night, the Kern County Sheriff’s Office said.
The collision was reported in an alley near North Chester Avenue — between Decatur Street and Lincoln Avenue — at around 9:15 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol’s Traffic Incident Information Page.
