LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – It is going to be a soggy weekend outlook for the state, with temps getting stuck in a typical summer pattern. Grab your umbrella and keep your poncho handy for both Saturday and Sunday of our forecast.
SATURDAY MORNING
Temps are starting in the 60s, with clouds blanketing the sky. Isolated chances of a quick-moving shower will be embedded within the clouds, and most rounds of rain last no more than 30 minutes as they rumble by. A dry slot of air will shift in around mid-morning, giving us some pockets of dry skies as temps climb into the upper 70s ahead of noon.
