LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Loved ones described 36-year-old Antonio Simuel as the life of the party.
“He was always hype, upbeat, loved to play. [He] just had you in tears, like he was amazing person inside and out,” his older sister Shanteya Simuel said.
Unfortunately, his life was cut short after the Little Rock Police Department (LRPD) said they found him shot near West Markham and University last Sunday. He was taken to a local hospital and died from his injuries…
