There’s nothing quite like listening to some old school country music outside with some friends and a few cold beverages. My favorite night of the week is when Gator 99.5 has Classic Country Saturday Nights every Saturday Night, playing all of the Classic Country hits.
If you’ve never seen John Conlee in concert, you have to go to this show. I was fortunate enough to see him at the Grand Ole Opry, and it was incredible to see him perform songs like Rose Colored Glasses, Friday Night Blues, Common Man, and others.
John Conlee’s one of those voices you just don’t forget. Most of his songs hit different, like a conversation with an old friend who’s been through it all. He’s not flashy or over-the-top, just real country music…
