NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — A New Orleans man who is accused of soliciting minors via social media has been arrested in Concordia Parish.
According to the Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office, 39-year-old Nicholas Kyle Conable was allegedly communicating online with a person who he believed to be a 16-year-old girl and later requested that she persuade two other minors to participate in sexual acts with them.
Metairie man found guilty of murdering three people
Conable’s communications allegedly showed that he was attempting to perform multiple sexual activities with all three juveniles. Investigators said he is accused of giving detailed descriptions of the acts he intended to engage in and sharing multiple sexual images of himself.
CPSO opened an investigation on Conable on March 11. They contacted the US Marshals Service, who located and arrested Conable on June 12.
