ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Dancers from Rockford, Chicago and the surrounding area show off their skills Sunday evening during the Battle at Levings.
The one-on-one elimination style competition brought 16 breakdancers to Levings Park, sharing the art and culture with the Forest City.
