SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — Beginning this week, every subsequent third week in June will be National Waste & Recycling Workers Week in Savannah, Mayor Van Johnson announced.
The city joins the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) Georgia Chapter in recognition of the week.
