ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — The Altoona Police Department announced that four were charged after searching a house on 5th Avenue for drugs.
Altoona police and Pennsylvania State Police executed a search warrant Friday, June 13, on a residence on 5th Avenue. During the search, officers noted hearing a crash and saw a man allegedly trying to exit the residence through a second-story window. The man, later identified as Amir Carter, 21, from Philadelphia, was taken into custody without incident.
The other three involved, Joseph Lojeski, 43, of Altoona, Eric Eberhart, 24, from Philadelphia and Heather McConahy, 37, of Altoona, were also arrested during the search.

While executing the search warrant, police allegedly found the following:
- 16 bricks of heroin, street value $8,200
- 20 grams of crack cocaine, valued at $2,000
- 78 grams of psychedelic mushrooms, valued at $1,500
- $2,010
All four are facing various drug possession and conspiracy charges, including possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. Police noted that Eberhart had outstanding arrest warrants from Montgomery County…
