CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The ribbon-cutting of the new Harbor Bridge could come before the end of the month, two Texas legislators told 3NEWS on Monday.
State Rep. Denise Villalobos said the rescheduled ceremonial opening of the new bridge connecting Corpus Christi and North Beach is set for 10 a.m. June 28.
