Third-Party Manager, judge question how city used Siemens settlement funds

JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – More than five years after the city made the announcement, questions have again been brought up as to how Jackson spent the proceeds from its settlement with Siemens Industry U.S.A.

“The $60 million went somewhere else,” Interim Third-Party Manager Ted Henifin said. “It didn’t go to the water and sewer system.”
