LUBBOCK, Texas — A Lubbock woman has been federally indicted on Wednesday for a charge of theft of government property, according to federal court documents.
According to Lubbock County documents, Auntwenette Kinney, 34, was detained with her boyfriend after a U.S. Marshal vehicle was stolen on the Marsha Sharp on October 1, 2024.
The vehicle was later found that day near 32nd Street and Kewanee Avenue. Court records said the keys to the vehicle, an AR15 rifle and lock box keys were missing from the vehicle.
