PEORIA, AZ (AZFamily) — Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a homicide suspect after a deadly stabbing at a Peoria apartment last month.
Around 7 p.m. on May 13, Peoria police were called to a welfare check at an apartment complex near 87th and Peoria avenues. Officers arrived and found a man, identified as 80-year-old Robert Schleb, Jr., with multiple stab wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives believe he was killed between 7 p.m. on May 12 and 10 a.m. on May 13.
