HOPKINSVILLE, KY – A Hopkinsville man was sentenced on June 11 to 10 years in federal prison for distributing methamphetamine.
According to court documents, 45-year-old Troy Clark sold methamphetamine on three separate occasions. Specifically, Clark sold 46.46 grams of pure methamphetamine on November 24, 2021, 100.1 grams of pure methamphetamine on December 3, 2021, and 104.18 grams of pure methamphetamine on January 25, 2022.
On January 27, 2022, a state search warrant was executed at Clark’s residence. Clark was in possession of approximately 2 ounces of methamphetamine that he intended to distribute.
