LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville firefighters said an air conditioning unit is likely to blame for an apartment fire in downtown Louisville.
The fire happened on the fourth floor of the Avenue Plaza on South 8th Street just before 12:35 a.m. Tuesday, Louisville Fire Cap. Donovan Sims said.
