TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police are searching for a missing juvenile out of south Toledo.
According to authorities, Vali Colbert, 11 went missing from the 700 block of South Hawley Street. She was last seen wearing a black Tupac shirt, black shorts and gold glitter Crocs.
