A Vietnamese coffee shop serving up Instagram-worthy drinks in St. Paul‘s Lowertown is expanding to Grand Avenue.
Phê Coffee, also known as Phê Co. Vietnamese Coffee, is moving into 640 Grand Avenue alongside Lumi Nails Lounge.
