Storm chances back off Tuesday, Houston set to feel typical June heat

HOUSTON – As you can see from the below future track, these storms are not widespread, but if you get hit, you can expect heavy rain and lightning.

These storms will be a step back from some of the stronger and more widespread downpours. We’re going to go back to amore typical June pattern with just a few chances for showers/thunderstorms in the afternoon, with most areas remaining hot and sticky.
