A new spot for authentic Ethiopian cuisine is opening less than an hour south of Portland.
Gursha Eats is the newest restaurant coming to Salem at 2138 Lancaster Drive NE. Owner Azigza Hussan is starting the restaurant with his wife who is a chef. He wanted to open a location that gives Salem residents an option for Ethiopian cuisine that he felt was lacking.
