Clark Logic LLC has acquired Portage-based Earth Works Lawn and Landscape, its fourth deal in a little more than a year.
Through the acquisition, Kalamazoo-based Clark Logic adds professional landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal services to its growing line of services, which include industrial services, real estate development, and logistics.
