CEO of Loris veteran organization indicted, sentenced to 21 months in prison

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — The CEO of a Loris-based veteran facility has been indicted and sentenced on a federal charge.

James W. Arehart, CEO of Providing Hope VA, was sentenced by a federal judge in Virginia to 21 months in prison for one count of engaging in monetary transaction in property derived from specified unlawful activity, according to documents obtained by ABC 15.
