Family of woman killed in apparent murder-suicide says there were no warning signs she was in danger

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The family of Anna Pierce, the 30-year-old woman who police believe was shot by her husband in a murder-suicide, said there were no warning signs that he would kill her.

“My friend was just with them the day before, and he couldn’t believe it either. He couldn’t understand why it happened,” Anna’s brother Humza Darbashi told News 2.

The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department said the married couple died in an apparent murder-suicide at a condo in West Nashville.
