New Bojangles Coming to North Fort Worth

A new Bojangles restaurant is coming to 9800 Chloe Creek Dr in Fort Worth, Texas. It will be part of a growing retail development just west of I-35W. According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the restaurant will begin construction in July 2025 and finish by February 2026. The plan includes a 3,014-square-foot building developed from the ground up.

This site isn’t a standalone location. It is one of several parcels within a larger shopping center along Chloe Creek Drive, near Heritage Trace Parkway. Nearby businesses include Outback Steakhouse, Buffalo Wild Wings GO, and CarMax. Property records confirm that the lot is zoned for retail and listed as a 0.5-acre commercial parcel, with no residential structures.

Meanwhile, the surrounding neighborhoods—like Tule Lake Rd and Capella Park—have filled in rapidly. This makes the area attractive for fast-food chains and other service businesses. The shopping center serves both residents and highway traffic exiting off Purple Heart Trail.
