It’s been two years since Melissa Hoard and her husband Bill opened Grandaddy’s Kitchen at Pollard’s Corner in Appling.
Since then, they’ve been busier than ever renovating, perfecting recipes, and tending to the steady stream of customers who come in daily for good food and fellowship.
