The Alaska State Troopers involved in the June 14 officer-involved shooting in Houston have been identified as Trooper Jacob Barker (six years of service), Trooper Kody Haley (nine months), and Trooper Edward Owens (four months).
The Alaska Bureau of Investigation (ABI) continues its thorough investigation into the incident, which will be independently reviewed by the Alaska Office of Special Prosecutions once complete.
