BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Four people from Bakersfield were arrested and charged on suspicion of stealing from a discount department store in Delano, according to the Delano Police Department.
On June 12, at around 9:50 p.m., Delano police officers responded to a report of suspicious activity at Ross Dress for Less, according to police.
Store employees reportedly saw several people with multiple shopping carts filled with merchandise, which raised concerns, officials said. The suspects allegedly left the store without paying for the items before officers arrived.
